Admissions Procedure
Step 1 – Complete our online application form
For year round English language courses, apply online here
For Summer School 2011, apply online here

Step 2 – Payment of deposit
In order to enrol you onto the course for which you have applied, we will require a deposit. The deposit for year round English language courses and Summer School is £500.
Step 3 – Issuing of visa letter
Upon receipt of your deposit, we shall issue you with the relevant visa letter (a CVV letter if you are under 18 and taking an English course for a maximum of 6 months, an SVV letter if you are 18+ and taking an English course for a maximum of 6 months and an ESVV letter if you are 18+ and taking an English course for more than 6 months and for a maximum of 11 months). You will receive a copy of the CVV/SVV/ESVV letter by email initially and, upon request, the original by courier.
Step 4 – Visa application
You will need to submit all the necessary documents for your visa in good time. For advice on visas, click here
Step 5 – Visa result
If your visa has been granted, congratulations! Please go to Step 6.
If your visa has been refused, we will refund your deposit minus the registration fee (£100 for year round English courses/£50 for Summer School).
Step 6 – Pre-arrival information
Please notify us as soon as you receive your visa. Our Student Services Officer will then be in touch soon after with a pre-arrivals pack, including confirmation of your accommodation arrangements and airport transfer (if you have requested one).
